Shipping / Delivery :

We at Mason & Mill, lovingly package all your orders in durable material to prevent wear-and-tear or breakage in transit. Our packing and logistics departments operate through the week leaving Sundays and Public Holidays. To ensure that your packages reach you in good condition and in time we only collaborate with reputed courier service providers. 

Shipping in India : (Clothing)

We work on made to order basis, which means ,a product is made only after the order has been received. Most orders take 7-8 working days to be made. Any custom orders may take longer, a delivery date for the same will be provided via email.

We provide free shipping across the country for standard delivery on prepaid orders. Cash on Delivery charges will apply on all cash on delivery orders, the cost of which will be calculated at the time of checkout.

Orders are delivered within 10-12 working days from the order date. Delivery to areas with remote connectivity may take up to 14-16 working days.

All orders will be delivered to the address mentioned at the time of placing the order. To ensure timely delivery and avoid misplacement, we request you to provide your complete address and check thoroughly before submitting.

Incase the delivery is not accepted in the first attempt, the cost of re-shipping the products will have to borne by the customer.

International Shipping : (Clothing)

We ship worldwide. Shipping anywhere in the world, apart from India, can cost anywhere between INR 3000 - INR 6000 over and above the order total depending on factors such as weight and location. In case of remote area deliveries, an additional fee may be charged as per actuals. In such cases, you may here from us via email with additional charges that need to be cleared.

Delivery can take up to 7-9 working days from the dispatch date. Delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed.

Mason & Mill is not responsible for delays, customs or duties. All applicable import and clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer. These vary in all countries and are determined by your local government.

Home & Living Product Shipping :

The products sold under our Home & Living category are made by various craft clusters across the country. All products sold are stocked at our studio and are ready for dispatch within 2-3 days of order date, unless in the case of custom requests. In case you wish for your order to be shipped the very next day, please send in a request email on info@masonandmill , we will try and assist you in the best possible way.
